Currituck County High School Bands

Mr. Weeks is originally from Greensboro, North Carolina and graduated from East Carolina University in May of 2019 with a Bachelor of Music Education. While at East Carolina University, Mr. Weeks studied percussion under Dr. Jon Wacker. He also had the opportunity to play for the premier Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra at East Carolina University. Mr. Weeks participated as a Marching Pirate for three years, his last year as a section leader. Lastly, Mr. Weeks had the opportunity to play in the pit orchestra of three shows put on by the Theatre Department at ECU.

Mr. Weeks's vision for the band program is to better serve the students and the community through education and performance, to cultivate a positive learning environment and to make this an enjoyable experience for all students involved.

Mr. Weeks is a member of NAfME, NCMEA, and NCBA.
