Ms. Madeline Espigh is a native of Virginia, where she graduated from George Mason University in May of 2018 with her Bachelor of Music Education degree. While at George Mason, Ms. Espigh had the privilege to study under well-respected musicians and conductors. She studied saxophone with Mr. Ed Fraedrich and conducting under the internationally renowned Mr. Anthony Maiello. She also performed in the university's premier Wind Symphony, under the direction of conductor and composer Mr. Mark Camphouse.
Ms. Espigh's vision for the band program is to explore more opportunities to better serve the current students, increase student involvement through active recruitment, and provide more opportunities for community engagement in order to increase the band program's sphere of influence in the community. She is passionate about serving others and building service-minded students who are engaged in their community.
Ms. Espigh is a member of NAfME, NCMEA, and NCBA.
